Custom Wedding Stationery

We specialize in branded events, and love partnering with you at every step in your event planning process to help you create a personalized experience for your guests. We will create a unique brand for your event, and design all of your materials using your custom theme. Below is a basic outline of the custom design process, be sure to check out the estimate tool for an instant customized quote!

The Design Process

Step 1


First things first, we want to hear all about your wedding - the venue, the dress, the colors, even what kind of food will be served! Every little detail will help us to get a feel for your big day and the experience you want to create for your guests. Your invitations are their first introduction to your event, and custom invitations that reflect your relationship and style as a couple make the perfect first impression! If you're local to Dallas - Fort Worth, let's go to coffee so we can look at samples and get a visual idea of all of the options available with custom stationery. If not, no worries! We will have a call to discuss ideas and send you a personally curated set of samples that reflect your style.

Step 2

design rounds

Next comes the fun part, we will start off your first design round with two completely different design ideas for your main invitation card that reflect the ideas we talked about during the consultation. From there, you can pick one, combine ideas from both, or switch gears completely for your second round! We want to be sure the invitations perfectly match your vision and understand this process takes time. We include 4 design rounds with every project to give us the flexibility to get it just right! If you need more than 4 rounds to tweak your ideas, we can add additional design rounds for just $20 per round.

Step 3

physical proof

Once we perfect the invitation design and enclosures, we will order a physical proof so we can get a feel for how everything fits together. After the physical proof, we have the opportunity to tweak colors, change envelope styles, or make other minor adjustments to ensure the final product is exactly what you have in mind.

Step 4

production & assembly

Now that we've got your custom suite designed and embellishments chosen, we will place the final order. It typically takes 1-2 weeks for all of the pieces to be ready for assembly. Your suite can either be packaged flat (ready to assemble) or we can assemble, address, stamp, and mail everything for you for an additional fee. Be sure to mention if you are interested in assembly during the initial consultation!

Be sure to get your consultation on the books at least four months prior to your wedding date to allow time for the custom design process!
