Taylor and Nathan: Romantic Branded Wedding with a Touch of Travel

Taylor and Nathan are the sweetest couple, and it was such a joy to work with them on their wedding stationery. Nathan was one of the few grooms I've had that attended nearly every stationery meeting. It was so fun to watch them look over the paper samples together and discuss which would go best with their venue, attire, and floral choices. At our first meeting, one of the existing suites in my portfolio caught their eye and we worked together to make it their own.

FAQ: What goes on enclosure cards?

Enclosure cards are one of my favorite things to design because there are so many different things we can include! Examples of possible enclosure cards that you can add to your suite are details, accommodations, transportation, reception, directions, and itinerary. The most common information to include as an enclosure card is the locations of the hotels where you have negotiated room blocks. If this is the only information on the card, we typically use the title "Accommodations". You can also include directions to the ceremony and/or reception, or even notes on attire!

Haley & Chris - Elegant Lace Branded Wedding

Haley and Chris were married this weekend at White's Chapel United Methodist Church in Southlake, Texas. The reception was held in the Texas Grand room at the Hilton DFW Lakes in Grapevine. The couple chose a stunning vibrant blue as their primary wedding color accented with pops of yellow in the flower arrangements and bouquets.

Southern Industrial Wedding Inspiration

We had a chance to get in touch with our southern side for this styled shoot with Shannon Rose Events. She transformed BRIK Venue into a charming southern scene, complete with an adorable biscuit bar. Our southern industrial invitation suite features a translucent invitation overlay on top of a lace backing with elegantly addressed dusty blue envelopes and matching enclosures. We couldn't help but complete the southern charm with vintage magnolia stamps.

Terrain: Earth-Inspired Invitation Suites Feature on Brides of North Texas

DFW wedding invitation designers were given the opportunity to create earth-inspired invitation suites for the all new Spring/Summer issue of Brides of North Texas! Below are a few photos of the suite created by Felderhoff & Co captured by the talented Meggie Taylor Photography:

Dana & Jake: Rustic Elegant Wedding Invitation Booklet

These are the first wedding invitations I ever designed, for our November wedding at Hidden Springs in Aubrey, Texas. I used heavy cream and kraft cardstock alternating to form the pages of the booklet. The back page is perforated to easily tear out into an RSVP postcard. We kept it simple with bold black typography, softened with a delicate script. The first variation of the ampersand graphic that would eventually become our logo is featured on the main invitation card.
